It is good to know that once the turnover reaches a threshold defined for each country, it is necessary to establish an SRL in which you will own 50% and the difference will go back to the Borderless group.
2How much does the franchise cost?
The franchise price for each individual country varies according to the analyzes made by the Borderless group regarding the potential in that country, taking into account several things such as: the number of stores for expats, the number of manufacturers, population, density, transport infrastructure, customs regime, etc.
3What conditions do I have to meet?
First of all you need to be fluent in the language of the country you are applying to, this is because your job as a franchisee is to keep in touch with suppliers and customers in the country you are applying for. 5How long does it take to implement the franchise?
Normally a few weeks depending on the chosen market, this is because our system is based on the transport network we have in that country and how active it is but, very likely this network already exists and we either have collaborators , or BidTrans already have representatives in that country. Local producers in the main product categories sold by Cash Carry by Corrios must also be identified and their information and products entered into the system.

6Who is in charge of transportation?
The transport part is fully provided by Cash Carry by Corrios through the partnership with BidTrans, all the goods being shipped EXW (see incoterms).
In phase one of integration, if we do not already have a warehouse in country, you may be asked to assist in discussions with a logistics center in the capital of the chosen country.
These warehouses can normally provide the eFulfillment part, storage and cross-docking
The delivery of the goods can be done either from the warehouse or directly from the supplier, based on some algorithms the system decides each case and which type of vehicle will be used for transport. For security reasons we do not accept carriers outside the BidTrans platform.

8How does cross selling work?
Having access to the entire market in the European Union, Great Britain, Moldova and India we can offer our customers a very varied range of products, below we will exemplify how cross-selling works and how the profit is shared between franchisees.
EXAMPLE: The Hungarian franchisee finds a supplier of flour at £0.50 / Kg, the offer is sent to all other franchisees who have the duty to analyze the local market for this product, if the price is competitive and the product is of quality, it is added of it in the platform.
The selling price in each country varies, so as an example in Moldova it can be sold for £0.90 / Kg, in England for £1 / Kg. Suppose that 1 kg of flour is sold in Moldova for the price of £0.90, the gross profit of £0.40 is divided between the two countries (Hungary - £0.20; Moldova - £0.20).
The shipping price is calculated separately according to the volume ordered by the final reseller.
9What if the franchise is not successful in my chosen country?
If things don't go as well as you'd expect you can sell the franchise to another company (requiring our written approval) or sell it back to the parent company at the purchase price.
10How can I purchase the franchise?
To apply for one of our franchises you must participate in an interview after which we will decide if we want to collaborate with you, considering that there is only one franchise per country we reserve the right to collaborate only with people we consider can help us grow in that country. Afterwards, a franchise contract will be drawn up which you have to sign, the cost of the franchise is paid when the contract is signed.
